We require 3 weeks notice to place your order. We can attempt to accommodate your order if its sooner than 2 weeks. Last minute orders will be charged a rush fee.

Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. No payment, no order. So please make sure you’ll be able to pay other wise your request will not be fulfilled.

If you need to make a change to your order please be aware there will be a fee for changing or modifying your order.

TRANSPORTING YOUR CAKE When transporting a cake, please make sure the vehicle is cold inside. Place cake on floor board of your car or a flat surface in your car. Never place a cake in trunk,most of our cakes are made with butter which melts.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR CAKE Do not put your cake in freezer,this will create condensation and cause your cake to sweat. If event is outside, we suggest you keep your cake refrigerated unit it is time to enjoy the cake.You can take the cake out 30 minutes before enjoying. If event is indoors,the cake can sit out at room temperature as long as it is cool inside home/building. If it is slightly warm or above 76 degrees,we suggest you keep the cake refrigerated and take out 1 hour before enjoying. Cakes will remain fresh for up to 4 days if stored correctly in a box or sealed container.

CUTTING YOUR CAKE: Please be aware most cakes have wooden or plastic dowels in them for structural reasons. We do not recommend smashing anyone's face into a cake for this reason.
